My husband wanted to add my daughter's name to the title of our boat. We are parking it at her house and she and her husband are insuring it since we no longer can do either. It took from 7/12/10 - 2/17/11 to get this accomplished with emails and phone calls and forms back and forth. This would have been so much easier if we could have worked through a secure email system. Some of the CSRs are very rude. No one could ever explain why this was taking so long.
