Crime started with an RN and her Child Psycologist daughter. Children harrassed me of South American decent. I was hauled off to court by the CHILDREN. First I had to mediate with the Spanish speaking children parent over the use of my property. I lost the support of the community to any civil rights of the USA in effect.
