First of all this company hires the stupidest females anywhere. They kept asking for my social security number even after I quoted a few HIPPA Laws. Then the long delays in paying my claims. They want the receipt, description of my medicine and bank statement showing I paid for it. I hate this company and the idiots that work there. It's a waste of time. Better off finding another company that offers similar service. I plan to file a complaint with the H.S.
