Here is the description for the future customer of Maruti's to keep in mind what kind of reply they can receive from Maruti customer care: Despite repeatedly asking you for a person who could be my Point of Contact but Alas !! I am getting the same reply. Being such a big market leader sales volume wise cann't you provide a point of contact ? neither you said how you are going to resolve my issues.
