I ordered a customized t-shirt for my daughter's 4th birthday 3 weeks before her party (Feb 12th). After one week I called the toll free number to follow up on my order in which I immediately got a voicemail stating that no one was available to take my call. I called for three days and still no answer. I then sent an e-mail and a live chat message...still no response.
