I ordered on New Years Eve 12/31/2010 an item that "ART" didn't have to show, but "trust me" it will be something wonderful. I do not drink, so I was in my right mind. I have ordered from other Jewelry tv shows and things went well. Today is 2/21/2011, I have called them 3 times to ask where the item is, they always say it is on it's way, we were overwhelmed with the orders and it is just taking extra time.
