There is a young man who stole a magazine pad from Paragon Sales and is selling Magazine subscriptions in the Amarillo Texas area. His name is Mark Matthews or at least that is what he is going by. He is using the stolen pad to gain money to buy drugs. He is a big scam artist and con. He was in Lexington KY, before meet my daughter and knocked her up.
