Hello, I purchased Kenstar food Processor few months back and was under warranty. I got to know the real meaning of warranty today as my machine stopped working, as per their helpline if anything is wrong/fault with the machine then i have to pay the price to replace it. They will only send there men to collect money and get it replaced. This is the first time i ever heard of this kind of warranty where customer is asked to pay for company fault.
