My VC no. is 01504884294 .I complained at the noida call centre on the 19 th of feb vide complaint no.54391517. I was told that the complaint would be resolved within 24 hours .But I am sorry to say that no effort was made from your end to resolve the problem .I again complained on the 21st but to no avail. on the 22nd vide complaint no.54549008when I called the call centre I was told that twice my phone was switched off when they called .This is not possible as I have a single number and can not afford to keep it off.
