Ebay can and will STEAL money from your paypal account. If you can finally get them to admit to taking the money, they will say it is within their rules and you have no recourse. This is STEALING pure and simple. If you ask them to read you the RULE they are applying, their answer is "its in there". It is not in there. I have read and reread every paragraph of "fine print" available and nothing gives them any right to remove money from your account without permission or notice. I received an unsolicited offer of 10% discount from ebay while shopping laptops. After receiving a reminder of expiration a week later, I decided to start bidding on laptops and won the second item. During the payment process, I exercised the 10% discount from ebay. The laptop I received was not as discribed and the seller agreed, offering a 10% refund to offset the error.
