In February 21, my friend and I went to ZTP Ginseng Birdnest shop in IMM during 2:31pm to purchase some items. We took some items and then went to the counter to make payment. When it’s our turn to make payment, the cashier, who is the manager, did not ask if we have VIP card. ( There was once a staff in the store told me that I do not need to show my VIP card as she recognize that I’m a regular customer. She said I’ll need to spend above $10 and I can enjoy the discount.)
