I ordered a necklace for my wife for Valentine. The ad was very clear, "order before February 4 and we guarantee delivery for Valentine". I ordered online on January 30, paid the full amount with CC. On February 10, I got an e-mail stating "good news, your item has shipped. Expect delivery in 7 to 10 days". What's good about that? Valentine is on the 14th. I immediately sent a mail via their website, to question that. They also state that they respond to all mail within 24 hours. We are now the 13th and no response. I will never buy again from them nor would I recommend them. read full review »
