I am so tired of the attitude of the staff members at Edgars Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg. In three different departments (baby section, shoe section and customer care), I had to walk around the shop looking for someone to assist me. In all three cases, when I found someone to assist me, they seemed irritated by me asking for assistance and palmed me off on an even more disgruntled assistant.
