Just was charged for an service that I never asked for Vodafone did the mistake since the beginning and I payed for it and I realise that was to much and rang straight way they made a recalculation and saying that had 24£ to pay in December I know that my bills is around 100 £ so in February Vodafone restrict my services and I rang again to see what's happen when they said that I have to pay 400£ to reactivate the lines I try to do an arrangement to pay that been refused and passing me straight way to an operator asking... read full review »
