"On February 21, 2011 I reported that I received an Italian Pasta bowl that was raw in the middle. The response to my complaint was that "it goes thru the oven on a conveyer belt." There was no offer of a discount or a free product. When my order came last nite, for the umpteenth time the credit card receipt was illegible. I have reported this and told them to change their printer cartridge, to no avail. And I sent back the old Italian pasta bread bowl . I never heard from the Manager. read full review »
