I just moved to Brooklyn Park from St Louis Park. So, I needed my hair done and decided to go to the Regis in Maple Grove. I wanted highlights and was told over the phone that a FULL HEAD OF Highlights would cost me $65 with the stylist I had an appointment with. Long story short, I get there, get a Full head of highlights and am then told that $65 is just for touching up the roots and it costs more for "Long hair". The total was over $90.00.
