Today I recieved a letter stating I am a winner to a lottery number. Final attempt to reach me they sent me a check for 3, 450.00. My complaint is these company's should not falsely send money one can not recieve. we should beable to sue these companies for stress. I would like to know what legal rights we have and if we should be allowed to keep the money on these checks legally for our time. read full review »
