I did my taxes online with Turbo Tax and was charged extra money than stated. I was told an amount I would be receiving and when I got my refund check it was a 1/4 of the amount stated. I called their so called customer service line and it rang for quite a while. Then I waited on hold for 25 minutes before the line disconnected. The recorded messages states how important "we are" and that they will be with you in a minute or so-then they disconnect.
