I bought a pair of Hunter's from them in November 2010, which arrived in a really battered box. One of the boots also looked a bit worse for wear against the other. I called the company and was told that the 'worn' look was just 'blooming' which eventually happened to all boots. I responded by reminding them that they were meant to be a brand new pair of boots and, whilst I would accept this if I had them (and worn them) a while I didn't think that these comments were fair or just.
