Some of the couriers DHL employ think nothing of behaving in an insulting manner and treating you with contempt, even when they themselves seem incapable of doing their job. The courier who delivered my package today was a scruffy, rude and barely competent fellow whose behaviour bordered on aggressive. Be careful. read full review »
