We were in the same boat in spain had to pay hotel again for two weeks all inclusive and transfers were with bluebird so they were gone as well lucky thompsons honoured our flights home if you paid by debit card it can be done from that or credit card request a form from abta or caa we have no idea wat they charged for our hotel it not in holiday breakdown so we dont know if we will get all our money back it has to go to administraters. read full review »
