Paid past due amounts online as stated on my statement, my current bill is not due until 02/24, today is 02/22, only 2 days away but its not due. DirectTV rep told me I have to pay to restore TV. Its not a reconnect fee it's a current bill, Escalated the call and the supervisor insisted the same, No matter how many times DirectTV is down because of weather or any other problem they do not refund for TV that can not be viewed. my balance is $62.01 again not DUE until 02/22.
