Omg!!! Burlington is the worst!!! Never shop their again in your life. I tried to return my 17 month old daughter's chiffon and velvet dress. The lace came loose from the chiffon material and the baby pulled the rest of the string and it totally unravelled. I tried to return it without my receipt with an even exchanged and they denied me, implying that I tore the dress and it was not defective!!
