Our LG fridge stopped working so we contacted a few local appliance repair places and decided due to the cost structure that LG offered for repairs and the fact that many of our local places would not fix LGs, we would use LG technicians to repair the fridge. Our original call went in Feb. 14th, the technician came Feb. 16th, and determined it was the compressor. He needed a second technician to assist with the repair so said he would get back to us.
