Be careful while recharging your tata sky account online. They have fraudulently charged my credit card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Now when I try to contact the customer care, people dont respond. They say that the software updation is going on or the system is down and they cannot pull out any records, etc. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
