Just taking a moment to write a little note of my experience. Was given a 7 night cruise offer and a certificate good for two round trip airline tickets that were not guaranteed but "could" be used together. I went in to this not expecting anything as I had heard both good and bad and the assurance that my deposits were refundable. What do you know... I screwed up off the bat.
