I cancelled my gym membership in January. I was billed my last payment in February on the 15th. On the 18th of February I was billed again the same amount. When I called ASF, International they stated we don't know why you were overbilled we see that you have cancelled and should be refunded. Well a week later still no refund, now they are telling me it will be at least another week possibly longer before they even get to the bottom of it. The club shows I have cancelled and even ASF shows that they are not to take out any more payments. Their customer service is horrible they are rude and take money for no reason. read full review »
