I work for the owner for a month. The interview process went very well. He was very nice and willing to help everyone with their needs and wants with their salary. He told me i would be recieving a salary of 35000 a year plus commission. I went to my first day of "training" and he accidently forgot the contract! which was a red flag but I was still positive for the position.
