Nine West Outlet: Store #2545 City Place Mall I always go to this Outlet Store, on a regualr basis because they ALWAYS have my size and the selection is always good. The one thing I have an issue with is Customer Service. There were two young guy and girl who used to work there, I no longer see them; they were great, but the Store Manager: Hermon, Wow, he has ver bad customer service skills. I mean its very sad.
