We rented a car for a period of 56 days on the understanding we could return early if needed - Car Hire 3000 stated that was possible but a penalty of 3 days would be applied, which was fine - when the car was returned early they denied this and charged the full rental agreement - an excess charge of over one months rental - they are con merchants and shouldn't be trusted .
