I already know a remark I am going to get " you owed e money, it is your own fault". And I agree. That being said, i want to share my story. Last year I got a month and then 2 months behind. I repeatedly did as Wachovia requested (now Wells Fargo), and contacted them. But they were rude each time? The long story had to repeated numerous times, even though i would be assured that notes were made to avoid the story telling. So, if i didn't contact, they got even more aggressive and mean.
