I'm one of the thousands of people who targeted for SMS & Junk Mail by Call Direct. At least once a month you receive an SMS from them RE: Personal loan. On 7 June 2011 I received yet another from them. The text stated that if you wish to opt-out you simply needed to reply with a "NO". Which I promptly did. Today (4 July) I received yet another SMS from them - exact copy of the previous SMS ad. How many people do they con out of money by not honouring one's wishes to opt-OUT??? According to Marketing & Privacy laws if a person Opts Out the company must remove them immediately from all marketing databases. read full review »

Cell C are advertising these supposedly "great" broadband & modem packages and according to their sales staff they now have their own network and "no madam, you won't experience any connectivity issues". I spent R3000 on the 5Gig pre-paid package with the promise that if it didn't work I could return it for a full refund. After having to return to the shop 5 times because I couldn't get it to work - I asked for my money back. This should have taken place within 7-14 days.
