My husband and I purchased a $1500.00 entertainment center, from Ashley furniture home store in Tampa Fla. The glass in the tiers has something on them that will not come off. There a mess. Well, that was Jan. 3 2011. It is now Fe.14, 2011. When I call the store they answer the phone but they put you on hold and no one takes the call. There customer service dept. sent new glass shelfs in the mail by u.p.s. 2 times, both times the glass arrived broke. Every person we take to about this problem tells us something different.
