Received merchandise that was scratched, not brand new as advertised. Called up company and left many, many messages. Did not receive one return phone call. Corresponded one time with them via email...they said all boxes containing the DTV box Insignia have been opened but are still brand new (what a bunch of BS!). They offered to send one in better condition, but never followed through and never returned any of my phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
