I dont want to believe that she is unreal, or a fraud. Reviews on her, and her website, and email replies, seem genuinely concerned and credible. So I spent USD$350 for spells that were cast and claimed to be re-cast but none worked. If anything, one of the situations has since gotten worse! My final email to her was ignored - negative updates about the re-cast spells. My request for a refund was rejected as well because a refund has to be requested for within 14 days of a purchase.
