I stayed on Friday Feb 18 for 2 nights and they charged me for 4 nights. The General Manager was so rude in trying to help me and she hung up on me. How is this customer service in any way. I also ask for a wake up call for 9am cuz I had to be somewhere by 10:15am. Well I did not get a wake up call and I did not get up till 10:00 am. Elle was the GM and she needs to be delt with because she has not customer service skills! read full review »
