I purchased a 2011 Ford Tarsus January 2011. When it snows hard the windshield wipers ice up and I have to stop the car, get out and physically take the ice off the wipers. I took the car in for service and was told that it was because of the design of the wipers and that I would have to get out and physically take the ice off manually. I was also told that the wipers could not be replaced with a different kind. I paid $30, 000 for this car and this is just not acceptable.
