I am livid and have never received such poor customer service in my life. I have always had pleasant experiences w/ National, Avis and Budget, but this time I chose Budget. I picked up a car from Budget out of the Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic office on November 16th 2010. It was rented through the Internet at a rate of apx 30.00 per day.
