I am really shocked at the level of service from TAG HEUER South Africa. I handed in a pair of sunglasses 3 weeks ago and not a word back from them. I then went back to the TAG HEUER shop at the Waterfront in Cape Town where I handed in the glasses a week ago where the sales consultant said I would get an email the next day. I am still waiting. I feel that this is totally unacceptable from what I believed to be a premier brand! read full review »
