Appalling company. I buy everything on the internet but these guys just have never heard of customer service. It took a month to receive a pair of glasses and I am still waiting for another pair ordered at same time. These werelow prescription easy makes that would have been fulfilled in 3 days in UK and at a similar price. A totally appalling company - and now I read on the internet that I am not alone in having a really bad experience. They boast of 1.5 million dollar sales a day.
