IBSN is surely not trust worthy . Their response is very poor after getting the money. I paid $300 on the 1st week of Feb to IBSN and till now my taxes has not filed. I was given a good refund estimate by IBSN and was asked $300 to get the PDF from them. After paying $300 IBSN sent me the PDF but the PDF was estimated in a wrong way. I had asked them to correct it and they long took time to correct it. After getting the revised PDF I found that estimates are now gone down and also it was mentioned in the PDF that the customer has evidence... read full review »
