I booked a trip to Thailand with this rip off company. When I booked, the hotels that they claimed we'd be staying in were fantastic, very upscale, 4Star - which made sense considering the $3, 000 price tag (airfare not included). BUT, when we actually got to Thailand the hotels were changed and massively downgraded. We wasted two entire days of the 11 day trip trying to sort out the accomodations but it never improved.
