I got an email [email protected] that told me I'm selected and won Diversity Visa and I should pay $800 usingWestern Union money transfer and will be processed by the U.S embassy in the United Kingdom.My problem is that I want to make sure of this email is it true or there is something wrong before i send the money and why I should to pay to the U.S embassy in the United Kingdom not In the USA .
