From the website, they have indicated that they are the most reliable and let me QUOTE THEM SAYING "We can reach in ONE HOUR". We made arrangements for them 1 day pior but in the end, they say they can't make it and ask us to look for other plumbers instead. Their appointment was suppose to be on the time slot of 9-10am and they called at 10am to say they cannot make it. One of the customer service even hung up the phone on us which was very rude.
