I was given $500 credit while i was at the vet with one of my dogs who ultimately died. Under such a time of stress i did not see the trial period clause. I was late on one payment and had someone calling me threatening to empty my bank account...i did not even bring up the subject of the exhorbitant interest fees. Now i just got a letter saying the had canceled my account and i have to write to them. so i assume unless i pay the whole amount in full they will continue with their 20% interest per month.
