Made changing to my bill-pay via the FPL web-site. They had a computer problem per one of the reps and it didn't take. BUT, they charged me a $23.+ no-payment fee and the previous account over-drew, since I was in the process of canceling. Received confirmation that i saved, please refer to attached.
