When I switched over to Qwest, I was told that my download speed would be about 7Mbps. It seemed to be OK at first, but it is getting slower and slower. I had my computer checked out and it is fine. At 5:20 AM this morning ( Sat. 2/26/2011) the speed was .662 Mbps! If you are thinking of changing to Qwest, be sure to have them give you a speed test AT YOUR HOME, not from their service center.
