On October 2010 myself and husband stayed at this resort where we were attack by a hotel sales rep. They lied to us about the whole membership and get us to sign up. 1 day later when I went to the customer service department to find out more about the membership thats when I found out it was NOT what I told before signing up, I then decided that I want to cancel my membership, I was told to send a letter in writing which I did.
