Me and my family (3 adults and 6 kids) were going to board jetblue airline flight number 58 out of orlando mco on 2/23/2011. When we started to board the plane the lady at the counter taking the boarding passes had a very bad attitude snatched the passes and forced them back into my hands. Once on the plane the flight attendant had smart remarks to me and my family. We then tried to get our seats and put our bags away, while getting yelled at to hurry up.
