Medstar Surgical has delayed delivery of my new power wheelchair for more than seven months. By their own admission they have lied about the status of my application to medicare for the new chair. Medstar promised then denied the use of a loaned power chair. I have incurred $564 in repairs to my old chair because of their delays. Medstar refuses to reimburse me.
